High Carb Food Items To Avoid

When you are trying to lose weight and on the high carb food diet there are certain food items that you should avoid. If you do not avoid them you could risk gaining a lot of weight and the diet will not work.

Foods To Avoid When On The Low Carb Diet:

- Fried and Baked Potatoes. It is really hard saying no to this one because you often get french fries when you eat out but you can always get vegetables instead.

- Sugars should be avoided and remember that there are also fruits that contain a lot of sugar.

- Bread also has a lot of carbs and so pizza crusts, hot dog buns, burgers, bagels and other bread items should be avoided.

- Foods based with flour such as Mexican plus Italian dishes. Corn tortillas are also high with carbs.

- Some yogurt and milk products are high in carbs but there are some that you can eat so you must pay attention to what you get first and read the ingredients.

Always eat in moderation when you go out and try to avoid getting a dessert at the end of the meal because most times, you do not need that dessert.
