What are Ways to Become Lean

It's important to stay healthy these days and become lean. The best part is you don't have to spend millions of dollars trying to become lean and lose weight. You can do this and even save money.

First you can cut back on how much you are eating per day. Small portions will help you get lean and fit. If you eat to much while trying to become lean it'll make you feel sluggish.

Stay away from coke and soft drinks. Having coffee is fine sometimes but ideally you should drink at least 6-8 oz of water per day. Having a glass of water before meals helps with suppressing your appetite the natural way.

Start getting active and plan exercise everyday. Rotate your exercise and what you do. One day go out for a walk and the next day start off with doing exercises in the house.If it's in the winter time go out for a job but if it is in the summer time, try and go for a nice long swim.
