Should I Exercise At Night?

Should you exercise at night? This is your choice. If you start exercising at night could make you start to feel like you are a new person with lots of energy that you might not be able to sleep, or it could prepare you to get wonder night of sleep. When working out during the morning could make you exhausted or help to wake you up. It just depends on your decisions and how intense your workout is. 

Many people think that it is best to exercise in the mornings, when your testosterone levels are at their highest. This helps have a increasing growth in your muscles. Not only is your testosterone levels high but the catabolic hormone, cortical, is also spiked during the morning, adding benefits also. 

However, your muscles need to rest once your workout is complete; therefore, doing your exercises at night might help to increase your muscle growth and recovery.  It is up to you personal, just make sure that you continue exercising on a regular basis.
