Should I Exercise To Lose Weight?

It's really important that when you are trying to lose weight that you should exercise. When you do not exercise it will not help your metabolism and you won't get the energy needed for the day to make it for your diet.

What are some exercises you can do to help lose weight?

- Jogging
- Walking
- Stretches
- jumping jacks
- leg lifts
- arm circles
- touching toes

When you are first starting out with exercise you should only do at least 15 minutes and then get to where you are going 30 minutes or longer after your body gets use to it. Rotation and creativity is the key to losing weight when it comes with exercise. Walking every day is great but spice it up with doing some other things such as leg lifts one day and jumping jacks the next day.
