Why Is Fat Bad For Me?

Throughout your lifetime, everyone has probably heard that you need to stay clear of all those fatty foods. But little does everyone know that there are good fats and there are bad fats. Due to this issue the food industries have started making fat free foods. However, people still could not understand why they were not losing the weight, but gaining it. The facts is that all fats are not bad for you and your body might be needing a certain fat to help you loose the weight. 

Our bodies need energy and certain nutrients to keep us going throughout our days; therefore, fat is the key source. 

Bad fats are generally found in the following: 

- Low density lipo-proteins (LDL)

- Trans Fats – Deep fried and food that is cooked in a hot liquid oil

- Animal Fat

- Saturated Fats – The fats that are found in red meats.

When you are dieting, decrease your intake of bad fats and you should start noticing your body weight decreasing.
