Here are some guides that might help towards losing weight:

- Change your lifestyle and do not think of it as  a diet. If you go in thinking you will lose weight and go back to what you use to eat, you will gain it all back.

- Get support from family and friends or either weight watcher programs.

- Do not lose weight really fast. Instead try and get a plan that helps you lose it slow because if you lose weight to fast you can get sick.

- Find a good plan and do not come off it the first few weeks. Sticking with your plan will really show your devotion.

- Keep positive and motivated. Don't slack because it's raining outside.

After the first couple of weeks you will start feeling more confident and might want to change things but wait until you talk with your therapist or doctor before you try and fix anything.
