What is Some Healthy Ways to Cheat and Lose Weight?

We are always taught that cheating is bad and that you should not do it. When you are trying to lose weight sometimes it is best to cheat because you can lose a quick five pounds but only if you cheat the right way and not the wrong way and trust me, there is a difference between healthy cheating and unhealthy cheating.

Healthy ways to cheat while losing weight:

- Change the way you eat and find a low calorie dessert you still enjoy. Don't go to the high calorie one.
- Have flavored water instead of energy drinks
- Feed the ducks when you go out for a walk. Take a low calorie treat for yourself to have when they eat.
- Read a book and save a low calorie treat for the next day

Lastly, if you really want something instead of saying no over and over give in and have it but within moderation. Don't cheat so much that you gain instead of lose. Have a small handful of the food that you crave but try going for a walk later.
