It's a fact that beer does make you gain weight and when people get to that certain weight they want to try and lose their beer fat. For some it's a matter of health and knowing that having beer fat on you is very unhealthy. Most people who have a beer belly usually eat a lot while watching TV. That means there is a lot of junk food stored up in your pantry such as cookies and chips. Good chips and a nice cold beer might be good for one evening but when you start doing it every evening, it adds up so the first thing is you must throw out those chips and sweet foods and replace them with vegetables and replace the beer with water.
