It is very easy to believe in a myth when you are trying to lose weight. The reason why is when you are wanting to lose weight you will sometimes do and believe anything to get it off. I will list not only one common myth but a lot of common myths out there about weight: - Fad diets might be good to help you lose some weight but in the end, you must change the way you eat and that is why fad diets do not always work. - Drinking diet drinks do not help you lose weight. Staying off regular soft drinks is good but having a lot of diet drinks might be harmful to your body so it is best to drink water. - Diet pills might help you lose but could be harmful to your health if you take them on a regular basics. It's best to stay off diet pills unless if your doctor says otherwise. - Having green tea every day won't help you lose 20 pounds in one week. Be careful that you don't fall into a myth when you are trying to diet and exercise. You'll be surprised at how easy it is to do. |
