The “Size Zero Weight Loss Patch” is similar to a weight loss pill – it has chemicals which cause an accelerated decrease in weight, without diet or exercise. There is also a pill version of the patch, the Size Zero Weight Loss diet pill. It is claimed that both the patch and the pill curb the appetite as well as speed up the metabolism.  It is also claimed that they contains nutrients for improving skin and hair.

The Size Zero Weight Loss patch has come under some heavy criticism, because of its ingredients. It is said to contain Clenbuterol – a medication for horses who have difficulty breathing. Clenbuterol raises the body temperature and increases the blood pressure, which for a horse may be harmless because of it size. The pill might very easily harm a human, so that could make it dangerous.

Another rumor is that it merely contains a few ingredients that have some weight decreasing properties of their own, but not to the extent that Size Zero’s marketing has promised. If that’s the case, then size zero is a blatant waste of money.

There is no conclusive evidence that the patch really does reduce weight. Therefore it is recommended that people who want to lose weight do it naturally via leading a healthy lifestyle – not pills and patches.
