Positive Weight Loss Thinking

Losing weight is a challenge in and of itself but when you start trying to lose weight and do it being negative right away you will have problems so it's important that you start maintaining positive thinking right when you start thinking about losing weight.

Things to say daily when trying to lose weight:

- "I am losing weight"
- "I am eating healthy"
- "I love vegetables "
- "I enjoy exercise every day"
- "I am going to reach my goal "

Do not say things like:

- "This is to hard, I give up "
- "I do not like those vegetables "
- "I do not have the time to exercise "
- "Forget it, my weight does not matter "

Just one positive statement can literally change your course and the way you do things in life, just like one negative statement can cause you to fall.
