Should I Only Exercise To Lose Weight?

Calling all you couch potatoes that is taking those “magic pills” that is suppose to burn those unwanted pounds right off. Believe it or not, but it is not real! Losing Weight = Exercising.If you are thinking that your are going to lose those unwanted pounds without exercising, then you should get use to being overweight. It is a must that you exercise to lose weight.

Here is an easy exercising plan that anyone can use to lose weight.

Beginning with the first couple of weeks you will want to make sure that you are dedicating all your time. This is the hardest part to make it through. You will want to do 3 full hours of cardio exercises for the whole week, 20 minutes on each exercise. Whether you speed walk, swim, jog, bike, climb stairs, play tennis or basketball, aerobics, or any other exercise that is consider cardio make sure that you are doing it for the full time limit. 

Be sure that you are taking a 1-2 minute break between exercises. 

During the next three weeks add another hour to your workout! Pace your routine.If you are on a machine or treadmill step up to the next level.Now that you are on your seventh week, make it your light week. Cut back to 2 hours of cardio exercises.Do not just stop with this plan, keep it up and see all that unwanted weight melt right off.
